Spent New Year's Eve celebrating with great friends and their family.

Spent the day cleaning the apartment and hitting up Target.

Church and watching marathons of NCIS, House and Golden Girls

Back to work after a wonderful Christmas break.

Another day at work and an awesome dinner with my husband.

Dawn, the Clarks boots are awesome and in the Clarks store were on sale for 130.00 which I thought was a decent price for leather boots.
And, trying to work with growing out the hair just a tad, so may see more bobby pins in the future.

All your outfits are great as always, but Fridays is so so so fun, I adore it! Love that be-ruffled cardi in that great color and the necklace is amazingly fun mixed with the pink earrings! Love it.

To answer the lip gloss question:
I always wait for the gift packs that come out around Christmas. My favorite brands are Lorac and Stila. Yes, I pay a little more for them but the slickness is awesome and they aren't sticky at all. Plus, the gift sets usually include 4 or 5 colors for the price of 1 regular gloss.

The yellow looks so good on you. I love how you used the vintage pin. I have some that belonged to my grandmother. I think I should get them out and use them in a new, fresh way like you did. Good idea :)
